Fairies have taken up residence in my letterbox. That’s the only explanation I’ve got—unless bills have suddenly learned how to write poetry.
Every week, as faithfully as the moon, I find a fresh poem tucked inside: a perfectly folded scrap, sealed in a crisp envelope no larger than a postage stamp. Some poems are mischievous. Some are melancholy. A few refuse to be described at all. But every one of them has held me captive for months now.
So I’ve decided to collect them here to share what I’ve been shown. And perhaps to rescue the eyes of anyone tempted to squint at handwriting the size of dust.
